Conquer the Dark. Own the Night. 10 Miles. One Headlamp. Zero Excuses.
Most runners stop when the sun goes down. You’re not most runners. On Saturday, November 21st, the forest at Jonathan Dickinson State Park transforms. The DTR 10-Mile Night Trail Run isn’t just a race—it’s a high-octane escape into the wild. Guided only by the beam of your headlamp and the glow of reflective trail markings, you’ll navigate pine flatwoods and winding sand scrub in a heart-pounding "lollipop" loop that rewards grit over ego.
This is where the community gathers, the adrenaline peaks, and the trails come alive.
Why You Can’t Miss This:
The Vibe: A beautifully marked, technical course that feels like a different planet after dark.
The Party: We don’t just finish; we celebrate. Cold beer, great music, and post-race refreshments are waiting for you at the finish line.
The Goods: Your registration includes a Park Entry Pass, a custom T-shirt, and a one-of-a-kind finisher medal to prove you survived the night.
Space is limited. Our night runs consistently sell out because of park capacity. Don't be the one watching the photos on Sunday morning—be the one in them.

Run the beautiful trails at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The course is an out and back with a lollipop loop. The course will be heavily marked with reflective arrows and wrong-way signs, employing the same safety procedures we use for our ULTRA-TRAIL events, including water aid stations, experienced trail-running volunteers, and medical staff. The trail is mostly flat dirt with some sand, and roots within the Pine Wood Forest section of the park. The trail starts as double-track with some single-track trails with 2 bridge crossings. The course can be wet in some sections depending on rainfall. We can never say for sure what the Owl will bring on race day but the course can be 100% bone dry or you might have to bring your snorkels. Lol
