Our 9th annual 5k walk/run will be begin at a beautiful park located in the city of Homestead.  This certified course will begin inside the park, continue to view parts of the city, and end at the top of the soccer field. This event will provide Chip bib automatic timing as well. Our goal is to support patients, caregivers, and individuals with friends and/or loved ones affected by this disease. 

Join us for a professionally timed 5K run/walk on a certified course—produced by Go Run Miami and timed by Race Day Professionals. Open to all ages and fitness levels, this community event welcomes everyone from seasoned runners to first-time participants.

Your island escape awaits!  Join us at the South Seas Captiva Island Triathlon and swim in the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, bike on a closed-course (to vehicular traffic) and enjoy a beautiful run on Florida's Gulf Coast. This beginner friendly event will take place on September 28, 2025 and will feature a Super Sprint for beginners (200 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, and a 1.5 mile run), and a Sprint distance triathlon, duathlon and aquabike (Tri: .25 mile swim,10 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run -  Duathon: 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile run - Aquabike: .25 swim, and a 10 mile bike, no run).
