On Saturday, April 7th 2018 we will come together to honor the community heroes who work tirelessly to make our community a better place for our children. Our local Police Officers and Firefighters are the backbone of our community and we thank them for all they do. As our new name ‘Heroes 5K’ shows these men and women are Heroes in the lives of not only us but our children as well.
This 15th annual event raises funds to assist one of the single most important agencies in Palm Beach County, The Children’s Home Society of Florida. On the front lines since 1902, Children’s Home Society of Florida is the oldest and largest statewide organization devoted to helping children and families. CHS brings solutions that empower children, families and communities to find success and realize their full potential. CHS helps more than 50,000 children and families build bridges to success each year.
